Summary

  • Add a storage metrics refresh service that writes cached snapshot storage metadata outside web requests.
  • Add refresh_pobsync_storage_metrics for manual host/kind-filtered refreshes, bounded scans, and dry-run counts.
  • Document the maintenance command in the development notes.

This is the first manual-refresh slice for #98. Periodic scheduling and UI refresh controls remain follow-up work.

Add a storage metrics refresh service and management command that update cached snapshot storage metadata outside web requests. The command supports host/kind filters, bounded scans, and dry-run output for operational refreshes.
