+    Purge <n> messages from current channel.

+`!purge_from <message.id>`
+    Purge all messages after the given <message.id>

+    Clear all messages of <user.id> in all channels within the last <n> minutes (n is optional, default 5 minutes)

+All purge commands also delete their own message.
