Record important UI actions in an audit trail.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Logs config changes, backup queue/cancel/review, retention apply, cleanup, SSH key changes, and updater actions.
  • Includes actor, timestamp, target, and summary.
  • Audit history is visible to admins.
