Explore a lightweight way to inspect snapshot contents from the UI without shell access.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Define safe filesystem boundaries for browsing snapshot data.
  • Add an initial browse/search UI or a documented implementation plan if full browse is too risky for 1.3.
  • Tests cover path traversal rejection.
