Add a restore-focused snapshot action that shows the exact safe command(s) an operator can run to restore data from a selected snapshot.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Snapshot detail exposes restore guidance for the selected snapshot.
  • Commands are generated from snapshot metadata/path and are copyable.
  • The UI distinguishes dry-run/preview commands from destructive restore commands.
  • No automatic restore execution happens in this issue.
